• Automated call handling and routing
• Voice analytics and insights
• Integration with third-party services

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or harassing content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications

5. Payment Terms

If you purchase paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Usage-based fees are billed monthly
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• We may change fees with 30 days notice

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Promethais be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
